When will my order ship?
All Items Ship Monday - Friday
All orders are handmade right here in the USA. Each item is hand cut, each letter is hand set, and each chain is made to order. Every item is unique for you. Please allow 3-6 weeks for all orders to be processed, created, and packed for shipping. Once Once your package ships we will send an email with a link to track your order. You can check the status of your order by logging into your account.
What is Gold Filled?
These products are all made from solid 14K Gold Filled materials. You can shower, swim, and never take it off. I even swim in chlorine in mine! Dirt and lotions can cause a filmy build up in the front and back, but it can easily be removed with a clean cloth or buffed with a polishing cloth.
